Leg Pulley System allows for bilateral or unilateral exercise with easy transitions between the two. The two foot harnesses can be used in conjunction with the Deluxe Slide Distance Regulator during performance of dynamic pelvic stabilization exercises and for performing Windmills and Scissor movements that enhance strength and flexibility of the hamstrings adductor and abductor muscles. It also facilitates numerous other lower extremity exercises: Leg Extensions, Hip Adduction and Straight Leg Pulls. The pulley angle is higher than on traditional Pilates reformers. This provides a range of movement to accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises.
